The City of Denton is currently facing a technical problem with the eComment function intended for the Planning & Zoning Commission’s agenda for the upcoming meeting on June 12. As a result, residents are temporarily unable to submit their public comments through the usual online platform.

To ensure that all public comments are received and considered, the City is requesting that comments be sent directly via email to city.secretary@cityofdenton.com. The City apologizes for any inconvenience this may cause and appreciates the community’s patience and understanding as efforts are made to resolve the issue promptly.

Further updates will be provided as the situation develops. Residents are encouraged to stay informed through the City’s official channels.
