This initiative is designed to offer financial relief to those in need while providing a meaningful gifting option.
Under the program, participants can choose to gift a specific individual or business, or donate to an anonymous family. Christa Foster, Denton’s Customer Service Manager, expressed the city’s commitment to community support, stating, ‘By lifting each other up, we create a more resilient and united community. Powerful Connections provides financial relief for those in need and offers a meaningful alternative for anyone looking to give a truly impactful gift.’
The gifting option is available year-round. To make a donation, participants are encouraged to provide details of the intended recipient, including the customer’s name, service address, phone number, and email, to ensure accurate application of the gift. Additionally, options are available to donate to an anonymous family in need.
