Proposition B: Drainage and Flood Control – Allocates $58,860,000 for enhancements to drainage and flood control systems, with a focus on Oakland Drainage and Pecan Creek Tributary.

Proposition C: Park System – Dedicates $148,590,000 to city park enhancements, including an inclusive playground and renovations to the South Branch Library.

Proposition D: Public Safety – Assigns $42,015,000 for the expansion of public safety facilities, notably Fire Stations #5 and #6, and the Linda McNatt Animal Care & Adoption Center.

Proposition E: Affordable Housing – Targets $15,000,000 for the construction and refurbishment of affordable housing for families with low to moderate incomes.

Proposition F: Active Adult Center – Proposes $47,360,000 for the creation of a new active adults center.

Proposition G: South Branch Library – Puts forth $49,545,000 for the construction of a new South Branch Library.

Proposition H: City Hall West – Allots $18,235,000 for City Hall West renovations to create event space and enhance city administrative services.
