The City of Denton Planning and Zoning Commission will hold a public hearing and consider making a recommendation to City Council regarding a request for a Specific Use Permit (SUP) to allow for a Multifamily use on approximately 15.03 acres of land, generally located, on north side of University Drive at the terminus of Gay Drive in the City of Denton, Denton County, Texas.
