The City of Denton Planning and Zoning Commission will hold a public hearing and consider making a recommendation to City Council regarding a request for an Alternative Environmentally Sensitive Areas Plan on approximately 14.5 acres of land generally located north of the intersection of Gay Street and University Drive in the City of Denton, Denton County, Texas.
