The City of Denton Planning and Zoning Commission will hold a public hearing and consider making a recommendation to City Council regarding a request by Aimee Bissett of 97 Land Company on behalf of the property owner, Greater Texas Land Resources, LP, to rezone approximately 25.96 acres from a Residential 2 (R2) zoning district to a Planned Development with Mixed-Use Neighborhood (PD-MN) and Public Facilities (PD-PF) base zoning districts. The subject site is generally located at the northwest corner of the intersection of North Elm Street and North Locust Street in the City of Denton, Denton County, Texas.
