The City of Denton Planning and Zoning Commission will hold a public hearing and consider making a recommendation to City Council regarding a request to rezone approximately 2.6 acres of land from Residential 2 (R2) District to Residential 4 (R4) District generally located east of Mockingbird Lane, approximately 150 feet south of Audra Lane, in the City of Denton, Denton County, Texas.

The recommendation of P&Z will be forwarded to the City Council for final action, which is tentatively scheduled for October 15 at 6:30 p.m. P&Z may recommend, and City Council may approve, any request which is equivalent to or more restrictive than that which is requested and which is deemed consistent with Denton 2040 Comprehensive Plan.
