Beyond serving as a mere sporting facility, the North Lakes Driving Range emerges as a vibrant community hub. With programs tailored for youth, seniors, homeschoolers, and social golfers, it champions the art and joy of golf. Tuesday evenings are reserved for youth group lessons, catering to ages 4-17, with special clinics for ages 5-12 on Saturdays. Homeschool groups can enjoy Tuesday afternoon sessions, while seniors have dedicated classes on Thursdays, benefiting from discounted rates.
The driving range’s commitment to quality instruction is embodied by PGA-certified coach Joel Van Der Sloot. Offering private lessons for individuals, couples, and groups, Coach Joel’s expertise promises significant improvement in players’ techniques.
The facility is not just about practice; it’s a place for events and social gatherings. From March through October, a monthly golf scramble at the Wildhorse Golf Course invites players of all levels.
