Under the extended Disaster Declaration and Order adopted by City Council on Feb. 23, burst or leaking pipes within a residence or business occurring between Feb. 14 and Feb. 28, 2021 will be considered for billing price adjustment through the March billing cycle.
The application form for leak adjustments will be available to submit digitally on Monday, March 8 , so it’s easy for you to fill out and submit it to our Customer Service department right from our web page. The application must be submitted with proof of repairs. See ways to submit the form below.

For those unable to submit digitally, a printable form is available here, and it can be returned to Customer Service through the drop box. A drive-up drop box is located in the parking lot at the corner of Hickory Street and Railroad Avenue, west of City Hall East. A walk-up drop box is located next to the main Customer Service entrance at City Hall East, Suite F.
Also using the printable form, Customers may return their paper form by mailing it to City of Denton, P.O. Box 660150, Dallas, TX 75266-0150.
Our staff will review applications and adjust February wastewater bills throughout the month of March. Once you submit an application form with all parts correctly filled out, staff will reach out to you regarding the adjustment process.
