Beginning tonight, Jan. 25 through Thursday, Jan. 28, from 10 p.m. to 6 a.m., the Texas Department of Transportation (TxDOT) will have nightly lane closures on westbound US 380 in the right two lanes from N. Mayhill Road to the US 377 intersection.

What Construction Activities Will Be Completed

The temporary closures will allow crews to safely remove and replace striping with temporary work zone striping. The temporary work zone striping will shift traffic north, reduce lane and median width, and allow crews to create a work zone and install a traffic barrier as part of the project. TxDOT has planned for crews to continue construction nightly in the area from 10 p.m. to 6 a.m. from Sunday, Jan. 31 through Thursday, Feb. 4. Signage will be posted to alert motorists of the temporary lane closures and construction in the area. Motorists are reminded to adhere to all posted construction signage and reduced speed limits in the work zone.
