DENTON, TX – Denton’s downtown will transform into a mystical realm for the Every Witch Way Market on Saturday, November 11th, 2023. Celebrating the fantastical and the mysterious, the event promises a day where the mythical becomes reality. However, this enchanting convergence of the otherworldly and the worldly will bring significant changes to local traffic patterns.

Anticipating a flux of wizards, witches, and creatures of lore, the city has announced street closures to ensure a safe space for festivities. From 9 a.m. to 11 p.m., N. Cedar Street from W. Oak Street to W. Pecan Street, and W. Pecan Street from N. Cedar Street to N. Elm Street will be off-limits to vehicles. Parking will be restricted along these roads, with designated public parking locations available for visitors.

Motorists in the area may face delays and are advised to seek alternate routes to avoid the spellbinding hustle and bustle surrounding the market. These measures are a precaution for the increased pedestrian activity as the community delves into the realm of fantasy.

The ‘Here There Be Monsters Market’ aspect of the event is geared towards those brave enough to explore the unknown. Over 45 vendors, shrouded in mystery and dealing in arcane items, will gather to celebrate cryptids, chimeras, and monsters of myth and urban legend. Attendees can expect a variety of otherworldly experiences including eldritch food delights, divinations, flash tattoo artistry, and bewitching concoctions served up by skilled mixologists.

The evening’s highlight will be a raffle, with prizes including a collection of curiosities provided by Bewitched Denton, sure to enchant anyone who loves the thrill of mystery and the supernatural.

As a city celebrated for its welcoming, innovative spirit, and unique vibe, Denton invites locals and visitors alike to experience the charm and challenge of the ‘Here There Be Monsters Market’ – a place where horror and enchantment are born from the recesses of imagination. The market will be held at the crossroads of 200 N. Cedar and 100 W. Pecan from 3:00 pm to 9:00 pm, weaving a tapestry of curiosity and dread into the heart of Denton.

When: Saturday, November 11th
Where: The Crossroads of 200 N. Cedar/100 W. Pecan
Time: 3:00 pm – 9:00 pm

For those who dare to step into the shadows, the market awaits. But heed the warning, for in the corners of the Denton Square, monsters lurk, and here, indeed, there be monsters.
