The City of Denton Planning and Zoning Commission will hold a public hearing and consider making a recommendation to City Council regarding a request to rezone approximately 40.00 acres of land from Rural Residential (RR) District to Public Facilities (PF) District generally located 3,075 feet south of Jim Christal Road and approximately 850 feet west of Tom Cole Road, in the City of Denton, Denton County, Texas.

The recommendation of P&Z will be forwarded to the City Council for final action, which is tentatively scheduled for November 19 at 6:30 p.m. P&Z may recommend, and City Council may approve, any request which is equivalent to or more restrictive than that which is requested and which is deemed consistent with Denton 2040 Comprehensive Plan.
