The City of Denton City Council will conduct a first public hearing on October 15, 2024, regarding the adoption of a strategic partnership agreement between the City of Denton and Legends Ranch Municipal Utility District providing for limited purpose annexation for purposes including the adoption of a sales and use tax in the Municipal Utility District.
