The City of Denton City Council will hold a public hearing and consider adoption of an ordinance regarding a request by Tyche Income Fund, LLC for a Specific Use Permit for an increase in building height, from 40 feet to 60 feet, for a proposed multi-family development on approximately 7.61 acres of land zoned Mixed Use Neighborhood (MN) District, generally located on the south side of Interstate Highway 35 East, approximately 1,500 feet south of Lillian B Miller Parkway in the City of Denton, Denton County, Texas.

Properties within 200 feet of the subject property were notified of the request pursuant to the Texas Local Government Code. As a courtesy, the City of Denton also sends notification to all physical addresses within a 500-foot radius of the subject property.
City Council may approve, any request which is equivalent to or more restrictive than that which is requested and which is deemed consistent with Denton Plan 2030.
