The City of Denton City Council will hold a public hearing and consider adoption of an ordinance of the City of Denton, Texas, regarding a request to rezone approximately 7.11 acres from Neighborhood Residential 4 (NR4) District and Rural Residential (RR) District to a Planned Development (PD) District. The site is generally located on the north side of East McKinney Street, approximately 1615 feet east of South Trinity Road.
