The City of Denton Planning and Zoning Commission will hold a public hearing and consider making a recommendation to City Council regarding a request by Habitat for Humanity of Denton County for a rezoning from Residential 4 (R4) District to Planned Development (PD) District. The 8.23-acre property is generally located on the east side of Duncan Street and the west side of Hill Street, approximately 240 feet north of Smith Street, in the City of Denton, Denton County, Texas.

The recommendation of P&Z will be forwarded to the City Council for final action, which is tentatively scheduled for Tuesday, February 2, 2021, at 6:30 p.m. P&Z may recommend, and City Council may approve, any request which is equivalent to or more restrictive than that which is requested and which is deemed consistent with Denton Plan 2030.
