The City of Denton Planning and Zoning Commission will hold a public hearing and consider making a recommendation to City Council regarding a proposed revision to the Denton Development Code; specifically, to amend Subchapter 3, Zoning Districts related to the Minimum Side Yard Setback for the Residential 3 (R3) Zoning District.

The recommendation of the Planning and Zoning Commission will be forwarded to the City Council for final action, which is scheduled for Tuesday, January 12, 2021 at 6:30 p.m. The Planning and Zoning Commission may recommend, and City Council may approve, any request which is equivalent to or more restrictive than that which is requested and which is deemed consistent with Denton Plan 2030.
