The City of Denton announces a 30-day public comment period regarding proposed public works construction specifications.
This notice of a 30-day public comment period is being posted on the City’s website and at City Hall to receive comments and suggestions regarding proposed, new public works construction specifications. This set of proposed specifications is the first set of specifications made available for public comment. A second set of specifications will be presented for comment later in the year. Approved specifications will be presented for adoption in the Spring of 2020.
The comment period will start on September 23, 2019 and end on October 22, 2019. All comments, suggestions, protests, and requests for review should be provided to the City contact noted below no later than October 22.
