The City of Denton announces a 30-day public comment period regarding proposed amendments to the City’s Construction, Stormwater, Transportation, and Water/Wastewater Criteria Manuals and City Standard Details.
The City also announces a 30-day public comment period regarding a proposed new Environmentally Sensitive Areas Criteria Manual.
In accordance with the City of Denton’s Development Code Section 1.3.4, Criteria Manuals are maintained and updated by the Department annually. This notice of a 30-day public comment period is being posted on the City’s website and at City Hall to receive comments and suggestions regarding proposed new and amended Criteria Manuals and City Standard Details.
The comment period will start on September 23, 2019 and end on October 22, 2019. All comments, suggestions, protests, and requests for review should be provided to the City contact noted below no later than October 22.
