The City of Denton has unveiled its draft 2025 Action Plan for Housing and Community Development, inviting public engagement and feedback through June 20, 2025. The plan, which is an annual strategic blueprint, details proposed projects for the 2025-2026 program year and functions as Denton’s application for federal funding support.

Anticipating approximately $2.3 million in federal funds, the plan aims to address various community service needs. However, the exact allocation is subject to final confirmation. The draft Action Plan, along with a comprehensive list of proposed initiatives, can be accessed online at the City of Denton’s community development webpage.
