The City of Denton Planning and Zoning Commission will hold a public hearing and consider making a recommendation to City Council regarding a request by ClayMore Engineering to rezone the portion of Mixed Use Neighborhood (MN) zoning district on an approximately 1 acre lot to Suburban Corridor (SC) zoning district, generally located north of South of Loop 288 Service Road and North of Randall Street, approximately 650 feet west of E. Sherman Drive, in the City of Denton, Denton County, Texas.

The recommendation of P&Z will be forwarded to the City Council for final action. P&Z may recommend, and City Council may approve, any request which is equivalent to or more restrictive than that which is requested and which is deemed consistent with Denton 2040 Comprehensive Plan.
