The City of Denton Planning and Zoning Commission will hold a public hearing and consider making a recommendation to City Council regarding a request by Vaquero Loop 288 Partners, LP to rezone approximately 1 acre of land from Mixed Use Neighborhood (MN) district to Suburban Corridor (SC) district generally located north of South of Loop 288 Service Road and North of Randall Street, approximately 800 feet west of E. Sherman Drive, in the City of Denton, Denton County, Texas.
