The City of Denton Planning and Zoning Commission will hold a public hearing and consider making a recommendation to City Council regarding a request by CATDENTON 35, Inc. for a zoning change from Planned Development 142, Hillcrest Center, to Planned Development – General Office District (PD-GO) including but not limited to establishing uses and standards. The approximately 68-acre site is generally located east of North Interstate 35, north of Loop 288, and southwest of Highway 77 (North Elm Street), in the City of Denton, Denton County, Texas.
