The City of Denton Planning and Zoning Commission will hold a public hearing and consider making a recommendation to City Council regarding a request by QB Bros 73 LLC for a zoning change from Rural Residential (RR) District to Heavy Industrial (HI) District for an approximately 21.8-acre tract located at the southwest corner of Spring Side Road and Corbin Road in the City of Denton, Denton County, Texas.
