The City of Denton Planning and Zoning Commission will hold a public hearing and consider making a recommendation to City Council regarding a request to rezone approximately 4.76 acres of land from Rural Residential (RR) district to Residential 6 (R6) district generally located north of Pockrus Paige Road, approximately 325 feet west of Swisher Road, in the City of Denton, Denton County, Texas.
