The City of Denton Planning and Zoning Commission will hold a public hearing and consider making a recommendation to City Council regarding a request by Denton Independent School District for a zoning change from Residential 6 (R-6) District to Public Facilities (PF) District. The approximately 10.51-acre site is generally located on the south side of Mills Road, approximately 1,900 feet east of North Mayhill Road, in the City of Denton, Denton County, Texas.
