The City of Denton Planning and Zoning Commission will hold a public hearing and consider making a recommendation to City Council regarding a request to rezone approximately 7.8 acres from Rural Residential (RR) District to Light Industrial (LI) District generally located approximately 400 feet south of US 380 and approximately 1,300 feet west of N. Masch Branch Road in the City of Denton, Denton County, Texas.
