The City of Denton City Council will hold a public hearing and consider adoption of an ordinance of the City of Denton, Texas, regarding a City-initiated change in the zoning district and use classification from General Office (GO) District to Mixed-Use Regional (MR) District on approximately 19.5 acres of land generally located at the northwest corner of Spencer Road and Bridges Street in the City of Denton, Denton County, Texas.
