The City of Denton Planning and Zoning Commission will hold a public hearing and consider making a recommendation to City Council regarding a request for a Specific Use Permit (SUP) to allow for a Multifamily Residential use on approximately 4.115 acres of land, generally located on the east side of Fallmeadow Street, fifteen feet east of the northern intersection of Gardenview Circle and Fallmeadow Street, in the City of Denton, Denton County, Texas.
