The City of Denton Planning and Zoning Commission will hold a public hearing and consider making a recommendation to City Council regarding a request by the Trumont Group for a Specific Use Permit to allow for a multifamily dwelling use on an approximately 22.81-acre lot generally located to the south of Duchess Dr. and 742’ to the west of Loop 288 in the City of Denton, Denton County, Texas.
