The City of Denton City Council will hold a public hearing and consider approval of an ordinance of the City of Denton, Texas, regarding a request for a Specific Use Permit (SUP) to allow for an Equipment Sales and Rental use on approximately 5.892 acres of land, generally located north of US 380 (University Drive) and approximately 250 feet east of Spring Valley Drive, in the City of Denton, Denton County, Texas; providing for a penalty in the maximum amount of $2,000.00 for violations thereof; providing a severability clause; and establishing an effective date.
