The City of Denton City Council will hold a public hearing and consider adoption of an ordinance of the City of Denton regarding a request by Allison Engineering Group on behalf of the property owner for a Specific Use Permit to allow a Minor Automotive Repair use.

The approximately 0.201-acre site is generally located on the west side of South Elm Street, 70 feet north of the northwest corner of South Elm Street and West Highland Street in the City of Denton, Denton County, Texas.
