The City of Denton Planning and Zoning Commission will hold a public hearing and consider making a recommendation to City Council regarding a request by Manuel Noguez, the property owner, to rezone approximately 1.372 acres from a Residential Rural (RR) District to a Residential 1 (R1) District. The 1.372-acre site is generally located on the south side of Miller Road, approximately 260 feet east of Masch Branch Road, in the City of Denton, Denton County, Texas. (Z21-0013, Noguez Single-Family Rezoning, Mark Laird).

The recommendation of P&Z will be forwarded to the City Council for final action, which is tentatively scheduled for Tuesday, September 21, 2021. P&Z may recommend, and City Council may approve, any request which is equivalent to or more restrictive than that which is requested and which is deemed consistent with Denton Plan 2030.
