The City of Denton Planning and Zoning Commission will hold a public hearing and consider making a recommendation to City Council regarding a request rezone approximately 7.11 acres from Neighborhood Residential 4 (NR4) District and Rural Residential (RR) District to a Planned Development (PD) District. The site is generally located on the north side of East McKinney Street, approximately 1615 feet east of South Trinity Road.

The recommendation of P&Z will be forwarded to the City Council for final action, which is tentatively scheduled for Tuesday, October 19, 2021 at 6:30 p.m. P&Z may recommend, and City Council may approve, any request which is equivalent to or more restrictive than that which is requested and which is deemed consistent with Denton Plan 2030.
