The City of Denton City Council will hold a public hearing and consider adoption of an ordinance of the City of Denton, Texas, regarding a request by Peter and April Reese, the property owners, to rezone approximately 2.990 acres from a Residential Rural (RR) District to a Residential 1 (R1) District. The site is generally located on the east side of South Bonnie Brae Street, approximately 830 feet north of Allred Road, in the City of Denton, Denton County, Texas.
