Hold a public hearing and consider making a recommendation to City Council regarding a request 97 Land Company LLC, on behalf of the property owner, for a Specific Use Permit for a proposed multi-family development on approximately 9.92 acres of land. The subject site is generally located on the east side of Loop 288, approximately 300 feet south of E McKinney Street, in the City of Denton, Denton County, Texas.

Properties within 200 feet of the subject property were notified of the request pursuant to the Texas Local Government Code. As a courtesy, the City of Denton also sends notification to all physical addresses within a 500-foot radius of the subject property.
The recommendation of P&Z will be forwarded to the City Council for final action. City Council may approve, any request which is equivalent to or more restrictive than that which is requested and which is deemed consistent with Denton Plan 2030.
