The City of Denton Planning and Zoning Commission will hold a public hearing and consider making a recommendation to City Council regarding a proposed revision to the Denton Development Code; specifically to amend Subchapter 5, Use Regulations related to use-specific standards for Medical Offices and Medical Clinics in the Mixed Use Regional (MR) District.

Any citizen or group of citizens interested in attending the public hearing is invited to do so. If you attend, you will be given an opportunity to speak for or against the change, or you may attend only to observe.
The recommendation of P&Z will be forwarded to the City Council for final action. P&Z may recommend, and City Council may approve, any request which is equivalent to or more restrictive than that which is requested and which is deemed consistent with Denton Plan 2030.
