The City of Denton Planning and Zoning Commission will hold a public hearing and consider making a recommendation to City Council regarding a proposed revision to the Denton Development Code; specifically, Subsection 1.7 Transition from Prior Regulations to incorporate approve, and create Appendix C, Master Planned Community Districts.

The recommendation of P&Z will be forwarded to the City Council for final action, which is tentatively scheduled for Tuesday, November 5, 2019, at 6:30 p.m. P&Z may recommend, and City Council may approve, any request which is equivalent to or more restrictive than that which is requested and which is deemed consistent with Denton Plan 2030.
