The City of Denton Planning and Zoning Commission will hold a public hearing and consider making a recommendation to City Council regarding a request by Jose Diplan of Kimley-Horn and Associates, Inc., on behalf of the property owner, for a Specific Use Permit (SUP) to allow for a multifamily development on two tracts totaling approximately 16.11 acres.

The subject site is generally located on the south side of E. McKinney Street, approximately 520 feet east of the intersection of E McKinney Street and Mayhill Road, in the City of Denton, Denton County, Texas.
