The City of Denton City Council will hold a public hearing and consider adoption of an ordinance of the City of Denton, Texas, approving a specific use permit to allow for a multi-family dwelling use on approximately 16.106 acres of land.

The subject site generally located on the south side of East McKinney Street, approximately 530 feet east of the intersection of Mayhill Road and East McKinney Street in the City of Denton, Denton County, Texas.
