The City of Denton Planning and Zoning Commission will hold a public hearing and consider making a recommendation to City Council regarding a request by Travis and Sara Rigsby, the property owners, for a Historic Landmark Designation, in accordance with Section 2.9.4 of the Denton Development Code, for the property located at 314 Marietta Street, within the West Oak Area Historic District (WOA). The property is located on the east side of Marietta Street, just south of Houston Place.

The recommendation of P&Z will be forwarded to the City Council for final action. P&Z may recommend, and City Council may approve, any request which is equivalent to or more restrictive than that which is requested and which is deemed consistent with Denton 2040 Comprehensive Plan.
