The City of Denton Planning and Zoning Commission will hold a public hearing and consider making a recommendation to City Council regarding consider making a recommendation to City Council regarding a request by First Baptist Church of Denton for a zoning change from General Office (GO) and Rural Residential (RR) Districts to a Planned Development (PD) District on approximately 90 acres. The site is generally located on the north side of Loop 288, between North Elm Street and Bonnie Brae Street, in the City of Denton, Denton County, Texas.
