The City of Denton City Council will hold a public hearing and consider adoption of an ordinance of the City of Denton, Texas, regarding a rezoning from Residential 4 (R4) District to Planned Development (PD) District on an approximately .23-acre property generally located on the west side of Duncan Street and the east side of Hill Street, approximately 240 feet north of Smith Street, in the City of Denton, Denton County, Texas.
