The City of Denton City Council will hold a public hearing and consider adoption of an ordinance of the City of Denton, Texas, regarding a request a change in the zoning district and use classification from Mixed-Use Regional (MR) District to Light Industrial (LI) District on approximately 142 acres of land generally located at the southwest corner of the I-35 Southbound Service Road and FM 1173, in the City of Denton, Denton County, Texas.

Properties within 200 feet of the subject property were notified of the request pursuant to the Texas Local Government Code. As a courtesy, the City of Denton also sends notification to all physical addresses within a 500-foot radius of the subject property.
City Council may approve, any request which is equivalent to or more restrictive than that which is requested and which is deemed consistent with Denton Plan 2030.
