The City of Denton Planning and Zoning Commission will hold a public hearing and consider making a recommendation to City Council regarding a request by Lindi Weber of Westwood Professional Services, Inc. on behalf of the property owner, Hillwood Corporation, to create an ecological mitigation plan for the permanent removal and temporary disturbance of ecologically important areas, known as Environmentally Sensitive Areas (ESAs). The subject site, formerly known as Hunter Ranch, is generally on approximately 3,167 acres of land, generally located on both sides of I-35W, between Robson Ranch Road and Vintage Boulevard in the City of Denton, Denton County, Texas.

The recommendation of P&Z will be forwarded to the City Council for final action. P&Z may recommend, and City Council may approve, any request which is equivalent to or more restrictive than that which is requested and which is deemed consistent with Denton 2040 Comprehensive Plan.
