The City of Denton Planning and Zoning Commission will hold a public hearing and consider making a recommendation to City Council regarding a request by applicant, Lindi Weber on behalf of Angie Mastracola of HR3200, L.P. to remove approximately 0.14 acres of Water Related Habitat and mitigate by creating approximately 0.23 acres of wetland adjacent to a waterway. The site is generally located at the northwest corner of Interstate 35 West and Robson Ranch Road, in the City of Denton, Denton County, Texas.
