The City of Denton Planning and Zoning Commission will hold a public hearing regarding a City-initiated Comprehensive Plan Amendment to modify the Thoroughfare Map of the 2022 Mobility Plan, including but not limited to removing a portion of future Underwood Road from FM 1515 to Spring Side, adjusting future extension of east-west Corbin Road to connect Underwood Road instead of Spring Side Road, and modifying Spring Side Road roadway functional classification from a Secondary Arterial to a Collector. The general area of change is located east of the City of Denton Airport, and west of I-35 W in the City of Denton, Denton County, Texas.
