The City of Denton Planning and Zoning Commission will hold a public hearing and consider making a recommendation to City Council regarding a City initiated Comprehensive Plan Amendment to Modify the Mobility Plan to amend the following:
Underwood Road’s functional classification from Primary Arterial to Secondary Arterial. The Mobility Plan demonstrates the ultimate configuration of Underwood Rd as beginning at Airport Rd (FM 1515) from the North and terminating at H. Lively Road extension to the South.
Terminate Amyx Road at the approximately 0.23-mile East of C Wolfe Road.
Both target roads are located in the Cole Ranch Development, City of Denton, Denton County, Texas.
