The City of Denton City Council will hold a public hearing on Tuesday, March 19, 2024, to consider a petition for voluntary annexation of approximately 6.28 acres of land, generally located 1716-feet north of E. McKinney Street and east of Trinity Road into the City of Denton, Denton County, Texas.

City Council may approve, any request which is equivalent to or more restrictive than that which is requested, and which is deemed consistent with Denton 2040 Comprehensive Plan.
