The City of Denton City Council will hold a public hearing and consider approval of a resolution of the City of Denton supporting Denton Affordable Housing Corporation’s 9% housing tax credit application to the Texas Department of Housing and Community Affairs for the potential new construction of the McAdams Haven Apartments at 900, 914, 920 Lindsey St. & 1518 Bernard St., Denton, TX 76201 to provide affordable rental housing.
